Project Coordinator

What you will do

• Manage project stages from initial client brief to final delivery of digital, print, and outdoor assets.
• Analyze project requirements, communicate gaps, and craft actionable briefings.
• Perform scoping, planning, resource estimation, and project reporting.
• Maintain project documentation and administration within Jira, including ticket structure and time tracking.
• Monitor team performance against project KPIs and resolve production issues.
• Facilitate client meetings and coordinate the onboarding process for new project members.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience in digital production.
• Must be based in Ukraine.
• Proven track record managing rich media, programmatic campaigns, and dynamic ad creatives.
• Proficiency in project management tools, specifically Jira.
• Experience managing high-volume content production and adaptation.
• Understanding of display ad anatomy, spec sheets, and media plan interpretation.

Nice to have

• Experience in CRM production.
• Background in film, image, or animation post-production for social media assets.
