TL;DR

SEO Specialist (Marketing): Designing and executing SEO strategies for luxury hotels with an accent on technical SEO, content optimization, and link building. Focus on driving organic growth, conducting performance audits, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maximize direct bookings for international clients.

Location: Must be based in Poland (Remote).

Salary: 8,200–11,800 PLN (B2B) or 6,800–9,800 PLN gross (Employment).

What you will do

Plan and execute tailored SEO strategies for luxury hotel clients.
Conduct comprehensive technical, content, link, and local SEO audits to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with copywriters to optimize website content and drive link-building initiatives.
Monitor and analyze SEO performance data to improve visibility for key terms.
Communicate results and strategic updates directly to clients.
Coordinate SEO tasks with internal Web Development, Support, and Sales teams.

Requirements

2–3 years of hands-on experience in SEO strategy and auditing.
Proven experience in a digital agency or media house with direct client communication.
Proficiency in Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, and Surfer SEO.
Fluency in Polish (C2) and at least B2 level English required.
Strong understanding of technical SEO and web basics (HTML/CSS).
Ability to work independently with excellent task prioritization skills.

Nice to have

Experience with international markets (UK, South Africa, Nordics, Spain, CEE).
Proficiency in additional languages such as Spanish, Czech, or Slovak.
Advanced data analytics capabilities.
