QA Team Lead

Location: Israel | Industry: Web / Online services | Employment: Full-time

We’re looking for an experienced QA Team Lead to join our growing team and drive quality across our products in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
This role requires strong leadership skills, deep QA expertise, and fluency in Russian and Ukrainian to support collaboration with international teams.

What You’ll Do
Lead QA activities and ensure high-quality software delivery on time
Design test strategies, test plans, and comprehensive test cases
Perform manual, cross-browser, and platform testing (Windows, MacOS, Android, iOS)
Identify, document, and track bugs using JIRA / Confluence
Conduct root cause analysis and improve testing processes
Work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders
Improve test coverage and QA processes across multiple projects

Tech Stack
Bug tracking: JIRA, Confluence
Version control: GitLab
API testing: Postman
Automation: Cypress, Playwright, Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber
Load testing: JMeter / k6
Methodologies: Agile, Scrum, Kanban

Requirements
Mandatory: Experience in the Gambling industry
5+ years of QA leadership / QA management experience
Strong experience in manual testing and test design
Experience working in fast-paced environments with multiple releases
Ability to write clear and structured test plans and cases
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Mandatory: English, Hebrew, Fluent Russian and Ukrainian

Nice to Have
Automation testing experience (Cypress / Playwright / Selenium)
Performance testing experience (JMeter or similar)
