Job Overview
We are looking for a ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR) Developer to lead the configuration, implementation, and optimization of the ServiceNow Vulnerability Response module.
This role will play a key part in enabling efficient security operations, vulnerability management, and integration of security tools, helping drive better risk management and operational visibility across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
• Configure, implement, and optimize the ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR) module.
• Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and security tools.
• Design and implement workflows, flows, and automation using ServiceNow Flow Designer and scripting.
• Perform JavaScript-based development and customization within the ServiceNow platform.
• Integrate vulnerability management tools with ServiceNow including:
o Qualys
o Rapid7
o Tenable
o CrowdStrike
o Splunk
o BigFix
o SCCM
o Other similar security tools
• Support security operations teams in vulnerability management processes.
• Work on API integrations, cloud integrations, and application integrations as required.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance security visibility and operational efficiency.

Required Skills
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR).
• Experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript).
• Experience in Flow Designer and workflow development.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with security/vulnerability tools.
• Understanding of Security Operations and Vulnerability Management concepts.

Good to Have Skills
• Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations.
• Experience in Cloud integrations or application integrations.
• Knowledge of enterprise security tools and vulnerability scanners.
