What you will do

• Architect and optimize AI agents for seamless performance across device and cloud.
• Extend MCP services to facilitate flexible agent coordination and tool integration.
• Implement complex routing and reasoning strategies for multi-agent systems.
• Optimize model runtimes and backends to maximize performance on diverse hardware.
• Ensure robust security, sandboxing, and data governance for AI execution.
• Apply advanced optimization techniques like quantization, pruning, and distillation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML algorithm development.
• 2+ years of experience in NLP, LLM-based systems, or AI agent development.
• Proven expertise in GenAI algorithms, solution architecture, and performance tuning.
• Strong proficiency in Python or C++.
• Demonstrated experience building custom AI tools or applications for real-world scenarios.
• Ability to work within a hybrid model on-site in Penang, Malaysia.

Nice to have

• Experience with RAG pipelines, vector databases like FAISS, and embedding techniques.
• Familiarity with optimizing GenAI workloads for edge devices using xPU accelerators.
• Experience with local LLMs such as Mistral or Llama.
• Knowledge of frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, and HuggingFace.
• Understanding of UX/UI principles and prompt engineering for human-AI interaction.
