What you will do

• Lead the development of sophisticated new platform features, from database schemas to UI components.
• Maintain and optimize high-traffic live products for scalability and performance.
• Mentor mid-level and junior developers by providing technical guidance on complex hurdles.
• Collaborate with Product and Design teams to bridge the gap between technical possibility and user needs.
• Advocate for and implement clean, testable, and well-documented code.
• Explore and integrate new technologies like AI and CI/CD improvements to boost efficiency.

Requirements

• Must have 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proven expertise in TypeScript, React, and NodeJS.
• Experience with hybrid NoSQL/SQL solutions and vector databases.
• Must have experience working in agile, cross-functional, high-growth tech teams.
• Professional proficiency in English is required.

• Experience with AI-driven development workflows.
