What you will do

  • Resolve complex customer issues and maintain clear communication on ticket progress.
  • Utilize internal diagnostic tools to troubleshoot platform and API-related incidents.
  • Translate technical findings into clear, actionable language for non-technical customers.
  • Analyze data discrepancies across systems to ensure reporting accuracy.
  • Develop and optimize dynamic SQL scripts for data integrity and enterprise reporting.
  • Collaborate directly with product development teams to resolve escalated technical tickets.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of remote application support experience.
  • 2-4 years of customer-facing experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • English language proficiency: Upper-Intermediate (B2) minimum.
  • Strong technical skills including advanced SQL, intermediate Python, and basic knowledge of Java, JavaScript, XML, and JSON.
  • Understanding of REST API troubleshooting and POS system integrations (e.g., Toast, Aloha, Brink).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Snowflake, Jira, Confluence, or Zendesk.
  • Familiarity with AWS, Airtable, or cloud data transformation tools.
  • Experience supporting restaurant, convenience store, or grocery industry verticals.
  • Background working in distributed/remote teams across multiple time zones.
