What you will do
- Resolve complex customer issues and maintain clear communication on ticket progress.
- Utilize internal diagnostic tools to troubleshoot platform and API-related incidents.
- Translate technical findings into clear, actionable language for non-technical customers.
- Analyze data discrepancies across systems to ensure reporting accuracy.
- Develop and optimize dynamic SQL scripts for data integrity and enterprise reporting.
- Collaborate directly with product development teams to resolve escalated technical tickets.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of remote application support experience.
- 2-4 years of customer-facing experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- English language proficiency: Upper-Intermediate (B2) minimum.
- Strong technical skills including advanced SQL, intermediate Python, and basic knowledge of Java, JavaScript, XML, and JSON.
- Understanding of REST API troubleshooting and POS system integrations (e.g., Toast, Aloha, Brink).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Nice to have
- Experience with Snowflake, Jira, Confluence, or Zendesk.
- Familiarity with AWS, Airtable, or cloud data transformation tools.
- Experience supporting restaurant, convenience store, or grocery industry verticals.
- Background working in distributed/remote teams across multiple time zones.
