What you will do

• Deliver 1:1 and small-group English training sessions in both onsite and online formats.
• Design personalized curricula and learning paths aligned with specific roles and business goals.
• Develop high-quality training materials including case studies, role-plays, and exercises.
• Track progress, provide session reports, and maintain assessment data for HR stakeholders.
• Support department-specific communication needs such as email writing, presentation delivery, and meeting facilitation.
• Organize supplementary activities like speaking clubs and workshops.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in ELT, Linguistics, Translation, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience teaching adults corporate English.
• Strong command of English with the ability to deliver engaging instruction.
• Confident using digital tools and online platforms like Zoom, Google Meet, and LMS.
• Ability to adapt content for diverse proficiency levels and professional scenarios.
• Willingness to work from Barcelona, Spain.

Nice to have

• Internationally recognized certifications such as CELTA, DELTA, TESOL, or TEFL.
