Salary: €70,000 – €100,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead and drive high standards in code quality and architecture for a team of 4–8 engineers.
• Translate long-term visions and quarterly objectives into concrete technical roadmaps.
• Design and manage software architecture for complex, high-tech semiconductor industry systems.
• Act as the primary technical partner for functional architects to investigate and solve complex problems.
• Lead technical decisions within the focus area, including middleware, embedded applications, and real-time processing.
• Coach and mentor team members to foster technical growth.

Requirements

• Master or Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Embedded Systems, Physics, or Mathematics.
• 3+ years of recent semiconductor experience (within the last 5 years) in software development.
• Strong proficiency in C/C++ and Python.
• Proven experience in software architecture and technical leadership.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset for structuring complex technical challenges.

Nice to have

• Experience with real-time systems.
• Knowledge of communication protocols.
