What you will do

• Act as the primary technical advisor for enterprise prospects and customers throughout the pre and post-sales lifecycle.
• Design custom caching and delivery strategies, as well as complex firewall rules to optimize web application security.
• Educate and onboard customers via video-conference and in-person sessions to ensure long-term platform success.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support teams to create scalable solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical inquiries related to DNS, HTTP/TLS, and network performance.
• Develop and repurpose internal tools and scripts to address unique customer requirements and improve service delivery.

Requirements

• Must be located in Shanghai, China
• Strong technical expertise in web/mobile security, HTTP protocols, DNS, and TLS.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in accessible terms to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and prioritize competing demands.
• Fluency in both Mandarin and English is required
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and work in a hybrid office setting.

Nice to have

• Experience in a sales or consulting role within the East China region.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Bash.
• Experience building or contributing to web applications.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements like PCI DSS, HIPAA, and SOC-2.
• Deep understanding of security vulnerabilities including CSRF, XSS, and SQLi.
