Location: Must be based in or able to work from the Cairo office (5th Settlement)

What you will do

• Administer HR policies, programs, and documentation in accordance with local African labour legislation.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, and offboarding procedures.
• Coordinate with outsourced payroll providers to ensure accurate and timely processing.
• Maintain HR data and reporting with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Provide day-to-day advice and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters.
• Monitor changes in migration and labour laws to adapt internal HR practices.

Requirements

• Fluency in English, Arabic, and French is required.
• Must be able to work from the Cairo office (5th Settlement).
• Higher education in HR, Law, Economics, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in a similar HR role.
• Strong knowledge of labour laws in African countries.
• Proven experience working with external vendors like outsourcing or outstaffing agencies.
