What you will do

• Own and improve the company-wide goal-setting framework to ensure alignment with business strategy.
• Design and govern annual and quarterly planning cycles including timelines and quality standards.
• Facilitate executive and divisional goal-setting sessions to ensure strategic focus and clarity.
• Translate strategic objectives into principles for teams and support goal cascading processes.
• Establish structured progress-review routines and maintain plan vs. actual tracking.
• Act as a partner to senior leadership to improve measurability and impact of goals.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Strategic Manager, or OKR process owner.
• Proven experience launching or orchestrating KPI/OKR processes in a corporate environment.
• Demonstrated experience in change management and process design.
• English: C1+ proficiency required.
• Experience working in global or cross-cultural, distributed teams.
