What you will do

• Lead the design and development of Android features throughout the full lifecycle.
• Implement MVI/MVVM patterns and Clean Architecture to ensure system scalability.
• Conduct A/B testing and feature-flagged launches to validate hypotheses and optimize user experience.
• Identify and eliminate performance bottlenecks using advanced profiling and debugging tools.
• Automate CI/CD pipelines and uphold high code quality through unit testing and static analysis.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the refinement of internal engineering guidelines.

Requirements

• 4+ years of commercial experience in Android development with Kotlin.
• Expertise in Jetpack Compose, Coroutines, Flow, and modern Android APIs.
• Strong background in Clean Architecture and patterns like MVI or MVVM.
• Practical experience with CI/CD tools, feature flags, and large-scale A/B experimentation.
• Proficiency in performance tuning, memory management, and network debugging.
• Understanding of backend-service principles and data-driven decision-making.
