Senior Agile Coach

Focus on leading end-to-end change initiatives, facilitating alignment between stakeholders, and driving measurable outcomes through data-backed process improvements.

Location: Must be based in Cairo, Egypt (Hybrid)

What you will do

• Build and run a continuous improvement system for delivery and discovery performance.
• Partner with Engineering and Product Heads to translate data into measurable outcomes.
• Enable collaboration and effective communication between product managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Support teams in applying company frameworks and improving internal processes.
• Facilitate key cluster-level events including retrospectives, planning, and alignment sessions.
• Drive change initiatives from proposal to adoption in day-to-day practices.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or in Delivery/Program management.
• Hands-on experience in product development environments working directly with engineering and product teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
• Proficiency in tracking and reporting systems such as Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to work independently to structure ambiguity and drive solutions.
• Excellent communication skills with experience in stakeholder management and facilitation.

Nice to have

• Technical background in engineering, analytics, or systems thinking.
• Proficiency in AI tooling for analysis, documentation, or automation.
