What you will do

  • Identify and qualify strategic sales opportunities by working with marketing and account teams.
  • Demonstrate value propositions through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and social channels.
  • Research target companies and prepare executive summaries for Account Executives.
  • Maintain and update lead statuses and follow-ups within Salesforce.
  • Shadow Account Executives to gain sales skills and prepare for career advancement.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of professional experience in Sales, Business Development, Client Success, or Consulting.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Enthusiasm for high-volume cold-calling and engaging with new prospects daily.
  • Commitment to compliance-first standards within a heavily regulated logistics industry.
  • Must be able to work onsite in the Chicago office.
