What you will do

• Design and implement low-latency, high-throughput trading microservices in Go.
• Optimize performance at all levels, including CPU/memory consumption and GC pressure.
• Implement efficient concurrency patterns.
• Build resilient distributed services with failover, back-pressure handling, and graceful degradation.
• Interact with Product Owner/Business Analyst to design flows, logical schemes, algorithms.
• Conduct cross-team code reviews, propose improvements, exchange experience with peers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Golang, including a deep understanding of concurrency.
• Strong experience implementing microservices using event-driven and RPC-based communication.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, including query optimization and schema design.
• Understanding of containerization, orchestration, and infrastructure as code tools.
• Solid experience with at least one message queue/broker.
• Experience in building high-load systems with low latency.
• Strong debugging and profiling skills.

• Experience developing systems for Forex/CFD trading.
• Knowledge of efficient binary protocols.
• Experience with high-performance in-memory data structures.
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability.
• Understanding of FIX API integrations.
