What you will do

• Design engaging web pages, campaign assets, and digital marketing materials for global marketing initiatives.
• Create social media graphics, email templates, animations, and multimedia content aligned with hirify.global’s brand standards.
• Collaborate with designers, marketing teams, and stakeholders to translate campaign objectives into impactful visual designs.
• Develop reusable templates and design assets to improve efficiency and ensure consistency.
• Leverage AI-powered design tools to streamline workflows and enhance creative output.
• Manage design projects from concept to delivery, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in web design, digital design, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating digital marketing, campaign, or web design work.
• Proficiency with Figma and modern digital design tools.
• Experience using AI-powered creative tools for image generation, design workflows, or multimedia production.
• Ability to communicate design ideas clearly to both creative and non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of digital marketing design principles and brand consistency.

Nice to have

• Experience with animation tools such as After Effects.
• Experience with AI-based image or video generation platforms.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Experience designing and building email marketing campaigns.
• Experience collaborating with global marketing teams or creative agencies.
