What you will do

• Automate workflows and CI/CD pipelines to speed up delivery and reduce manual toil.
• Build automated testing frameworks that ensure reliable deployments at scale.
• Strengthen security posture by implementing controls, conducting audits, and applying remediations.
• Lead and support client integrations ensuring smooth deployments into healthcare IT environments.
• Evaluate and implement new tools, sharing best practices across the team.
• Act as a technical leader and mentor within the DevOps team.

Requirements

• BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience/certifications.
• 5+ years of experience in a DevOps, SRE, or similar role.
• 3+ years of hands-on Kubernetes experience.
• Proficiency with Python scripting.
• Deep experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (e.g., Terraform, Pulumi).
• Expertise with CI/CD pipelines and tooling (e.g., GitLab CI).
• Must be authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship, and within the New York City, Los Angeles, or San Francisco metro areas.

Nice to have

• Experience with compliance frameworks (e.g., HIPAA, SOC 2, HITRUST).
• Expertise with GitOps tools (e.g., ArgoCD, FluxCD).
• Passion for leveraging AI in engineering and healthcare.
