What you will do

• Lead projects from the art side, managing assigned artists to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Be responsible for final delivery and quality control, adhering to artistic direction, technical restrictions, and deadlines.
• Help create necessary materials for the project from the concept phase until the final product.
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing and adjusting schedules as needed.
• Review graphic materials to assess validity and appropriateness.
• Foster a friendly and constructive working environment for cross-team collaboration, ensuring a productive internal workflow.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Understanding of industry-standard practices, tools, pipelines, workflows, technical budgeting, and challenges of real-time development.
• Creative mindset open to new ideas and fresh perspectives.
• Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to work with different art styles.
• Ability to lead, inspire, grow, and motivate a diverse team of artists.
• Attention to visual details and having an eye for Global Market, Player Behavior, and International Trend Aesthetics.
• Communication in English.
