What you will do

• Provide in‑person, hands‑on and remote training to sites and CROs, including required documentation.
• Create and deliver product- and study‑specific training presentations for sites, CROs and sponsor teams.
• Collaborate with project teams and sponsors to develop training strategies aligned with study scope and complexity.
• Support the help desk team by resolving escalated inquiries.
• Evaluate workflows across departments to update ETD templates and ensure training materials remain current.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree preferred, ideally in education, business, science, or related fields; equivalent industry experience also considered.
• 2–3 years' experience delivering technical training.
• Knowledge of clinical trials or other regulated industries preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present confidently.
• Ability to travel up to 80% domestically and internationally; valid passport or ability to obtain one required.
