What you will do

• Lead the product development lifecycle from initial concept and strategy through launch.
• Define product vision, strategy, and success metrics in alignment with broader organizational goals.
• Own the product roadmap and backlog, managing priorities, feature development, and agile ceremonies.
• Translate user needs and business requirements into actionable product specifications.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, designers, and business stakeholders to deliver value-driven solutions.
• Monitor and manage product KPIs to evaluate effectiveness and inform strategic course corrections.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• A minimum of 12 years of professional experience in end-to-end product management; or an advanced degree with 8 years of equivalent work experience.
• 6+ years of professional experience in at least two of the following domains: working in the healthcare industry, building digital and/or SaaS products supporting analysis and decision-making, delivering products focused on scientific or quantitative users.
• Strong familiarity with agile methodologies, backlog management, and sprint execution.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior-level stakeholders and align product strategies with enterprise goals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in clear language.

Nice to have

• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Statistical experience within AI/ML, or data science applications in biomedical settings.
• Proven ability to manage complexity and risk in early-phase or technically uncertain projects.
