What you will do
- Advise hiring managers and leadership on hiring strategy, talent availability, and market insights.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for complex and senior technical roles across engineering, software, and deep tech domains.
- Design and execute targeted sourcing strategies for niche talent pools across the global space and aerospace ecosystem.
- Build and maintain strong pipelines of senior technical talent across Europe and other global space hubs.
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning, hiring forecasts, and recruitment priorities.
- Drive structured and efficient hiring processes, ensuring strong candidate experience and data-driven decision making.
Requirements
- 10+ years of in-house recruitment experience.
- Proven experience hiring within the space industry (satellite, aerospace, or related space technology domains).
- Strong track record of recruiting highly specialized engineering profiles (e.g. satellite systems, flight software, embedded, RF, avionics, propulsion).
- Experience acting as a strategic talent partner to senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success building global pipelines for niche technical talent.
- Fluent English required
