Location: Hybrid model (office presence in Vilnius or Kaunas recommended, but flexible). Role is based in Europe.

Salary: €4,608 – €6,233 gross per month.

What you will do

• Partner with cross-functional product teams to identify strategic opportunities and provide actionable, data-driven recommendations.
• Validate product initiatives by designing and analyzing A/B tests and leveraging statistical inferential techniques.
• Select, monitor, and report on team key performance indicators while identifying root causes for performance shifts.
• Develop and implement sophisticated experimentation strategies for complex payment product releases.
• Build and maintain self-service BI dashboards to empower stakeholders with real-time business insights.
• Promote a data-driven culture and establish best practices for advanced analytics within the organization.

Requirements

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Strong professional experience in Decision Science, Data Analytics, or Data Science.
• Advanced SQL and Python proficiency, including experience with Jupyter notebooks.
• Deep knowledge of statistical methods (regression, A/B testing, inferential techniques) supported by relevant academic background.
• Experience with BI tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Previous experience in Fintech or Payments is strongly preferred.
