• Develop and maintain infrastructure to enhance the iOS developer experience.
• Improve code health, system architecture, and overall app stability.
• Streamline developer activities and build paved roads for feature teams.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to high-level engineering culture.
• Apply AI and emerging technologies to modernize development processes.
• Participate in in-person events and team-building exercises.

Requirements

• 6 to 10 years of experience in mobile development.
• Deep expertise in Swift and Xcode build systems.
• Strong background in iOS app design patterns, system libraries, and testing.
• Experience maintaining and architecting complex, large-scale iOS applications.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid environment and attend in-person events in Dallas, New York, or San Francisco.

Nice to have

• Experience with CI/CD platforms like Bitrise or CircleCI.
• Knowledge of Combine and TCA frameworks.
• Proficiency with scripting for process automation.
• Experience with GraphQL.
