What you will do

• Own the planning, forecasting, and delivery of a complete development domain.
• Coordinate multiple pods and ensure alignment with domain and milestone goals.
• Build and maintain domain schedules, manage risks, and map cross-team dependencies.
• Facilitate alignment between Design, Engineering, Art, QA, and Narrative leads.
• Drive decision-making regarding scope, priorities, and trade-offs.
• Mentor Associate Producers and improve project management workflows.

Requirements

• Proven success in owning complex features or pods as a Producer.
• Expertise in planning, risk management, and dependency mapping.
• Ability to lead multiple cross-discipline pods effectively.
• Strong communication and influencing skills for working with Leads and Directors.
• Understanding of player experience and technical game development constraints.
