- Develop the main product platform: form and implement the roadmap, prioritize initiatives, and improve key user scenarios.
- Constantly work with product metrics: track user behavior, look for deviations, anomalies, and growth points, formulate hypotheses, and propose improvements.
- Be the owner of the operational product circuit of the platform: keep the current state of the product in focus, quickly respond to changes in indicators, and coordinate work in problem areas.
- Build effective interaction between product, development, analytics, and internal customers: help formulate requirements, clarify business logic, and support product changes to the result.
- Develop an approach to product requests within the company: evaluate initiatives, test hypotheses through metrics, and help the business translate ideas into applied product solutions.
- Manage the team of product people: synchronize work, set goals, develop employees and ensure high-quality implementation of product tasks.
Требования
- Experience as Head of Product / Lead Product Manager / Senior Product Manager in digital B2C products with a large user base and high load (web and mobile).
- Strong expertise in product analytics: the ability to work with metrics, analyze user behavior, find patterns and make product decisions based on data.
- Experience in managing a product team and building the work of Product Managers: setting goals, synchronizing the team and controlling the implementation of product initiatives.
- Understanding of development processes and experience of interaction with dev-teams: working with backlog, roadmap, prioritization of tasks and launching product changes.
- Practical experience of product experiments: formulating hypotheses, A/B testing and scaling successful solutions.
- Understanding of key B2C metrics and product growth mechanics: attracting, activating, retaining and monetizing users.
- Confident work with product analytics and task management tools (for example: AppMetrica, GA4, Tableau, Power BI, Jira, Confluence or similar).
