What you will do

• Partner with multiple game teams to align roadmaps, milestones, and success metrics for internal AI tool adoption.
• Lead annual planning and OKR processes to prioritize staffing and budgets across collaborative workstreams.
• Proactively manage dependencies and clear roadblocks to maintain momentum for engineering and data science teams.
• Own JIRA hygiene, backlog organization, and reporting structures to ensure transparent delivery cycles.
• Prepare executive-level updates highlighting KPIs, risks, and progress for stakeholders across the organization.
• Serve as the primary liaison between AI tool developers and internal partners like Tech Foundations, Legal, and Infrastructure.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in production, production operations, or technical project leadership within complex software environments.
• Proven track record of shepherding products through the full lifecycle from concept to production and live support.
• Advanced proficiency in stakeholder management and written/verbal communication for executive audiences.
• Ability to navigate technical discussions with engineers, data scientists, and technical artists.
• Expertise in managing concurrent delivery efforts with pragmatic, stage-appropriate processes.
• High proficiency in Google Workspace, including data reporting and presentation tools.

Nice to have

• Background in AAA game development or large-scale internal tools.
• Familiarity with game engine integrations like Unreal.
• Exposure to MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and AI platform ecosystems.
