What you will do

• Architect, develop, and maintain mobile applications using React Native.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and backend engineers.
• Implement and manage state using Redux and Redux Toolkit.
• Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices.
• Optimize application performance and responsiveness across iOS and Android platforms.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to overall team growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in JavaScript/TypeScript.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with React Native.
• Deep knowledge of ES6+ features and modern JavaScript practices.
• Strong understanding of Redux and application state management.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, mobile UI/UX patterns, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Bluetooth integrations (BLE).
• Familiarity with native modules and bridging (iOS/Android).
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design.
