What you will do

• Partner with S&T and industrialization teams to access external fermentation and downstream processing services.
• Define and implement biotechnology sourcing strategies aligned with innovation growth goals.
• Manage the full sourcing lifecycle including RFP/RFQ, negotiation, contracting, and governance.
• Identify and engage strategic vendors to secure reliable and cost-effective partnerships.
• Monitor vendor performance, risk, and contractual deliverables.
• Leverage market intelligence to inform make-or-buy decisions and technology roadmaps.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, or Life Sciences.
• 5-7 years of experience in strategic sourcing or procurement within biotech, chemicals, or life sciences.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong experience in managing complex technology and service partnerships.
• Ability to travel (approximately 25%).
• Knowledge of the F&F or FMCG industry.

• Additional certification in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or Project Management.
