What you will do

• Lead, coach, and support a team of 10 Data Management Specialists in their daily work and professional growth.
• Manage task prioritization based on urgency, impact, and customer needs.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholder escalations and ensure sustainable, scalable solutions.
• Deliver high-quality ticket support, specifically addressing spend classification questions for global clients.
• Maintain a consultative approach by explaining complex data logic and classification changes to customers clearly.
• Collaborate with other team leads to refine tooling, processes, and internal workflows.

Requirements

• Must be based in Bucharest and comfortable with a hybrid work environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex data logic to customers.
• Demonstrated leadership potential and ability to foster a collaborative team culture.
• Proficiency in SQL for data investigation and validation.
• Experience in prioritizing tasks and managing stakeholder expectations under pressure.
• Fluency in English.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with procurement or spend analysis topics.
• Experience with Master Data Management or similar data governance practices.
• Previous experience with ticketing systems like Freshdesk.
