What you will do

• Manage end-to-end external developer recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and conducting interviews.
• Support operational workflows, documentation of SOPs, and ensure adherence to company policies.
• Coordinate schedules, resource management, and team communication tasks.
• Prepare and process administrative and financial documentation such as MSA, PO, and invoices.
• Collaborate with Studio Directors to support project reporting and operational decision-making.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail.
• Aptitude for data analysis and proactive problem-solving.
• Excellent written and spoken English proficiency.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid office model in Bandung.
