What you will do

• Lead product design for complex initiatives across multiple squads and product areas.
• Shape design strategy and identify key problems for high-impact product growth.
• Set craft standards through design reviews, critique sessions, and mentorship of junior designers.
• Contribute to and evolve the HIVE design system with reusable patterns and guidelines.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops for discovery, scoping, and delivery planning.
• Connect design decisions to business outcomes using analytics and user tracking data.

Requirements

• 4-8 years of experience designing and launching digital products across mobile, tablet, and desktop.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating systems thinking and measurable user impact.
• Proficiency in user-centered design principles and complex multi-screen navigation.
• Experience in mentoring or leading other designers with actionable feedback.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and navigate ambiguity effectively.
• Technical understanding of the capabilities and limitations of HTML/CSS, iOS, and Android.
• English proficiency required for documentation and communication.
