What you will do
- Lead product design for complex initiatives across multiple squads and product areas.
- Shape design strategy and identify key problems for high-impact product growth.
- Set craft standards through design reviews, critique sessions, and mentorship of junior designers.
- Contribute to and evolve the HIVE design system with reusable patterns and guidelines.
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops for discovery, scoping, and delivery planning.
- Connect design decisions to business outcomes using analytics and user tracking data.
Requirements
- 4-8 years of experience designing and launching digital products across mobile, tablet, and desktop.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating systems thinking and measurable user impact.
- Proficiency in user-centered design principles and complex multi-screen navigation.
- Experience in mentoring or leading other designers with actionable feedback.
- Ability to manage stakeholders and navigate ambiguity effectively.
- Technical understanding of the capabilities and limitations of HTML/CSS, iOS, and Android.
- English proficiency required for documentation and communication.
