What you will do

• Architect and optimize AI agents for seamless execution across cloud and edge devices.
• Extend MCP services to facilitate flexible agent coordination and tool integration.
• Implement advanced routing and reasoning strategies for multi-agent systems.
• Manage model runtimes and frameworks to maximize system performance.
• Ensure model safety, data governance, and secure execution environments.
• Apply optimization techniques such as quantization, pruning, and distillation.

Requirements

• Must be located in Penang, Malaysia.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML algorithm development.
• 1+ years of experience in NLP, LLM systems, or AI agent development.
• Proficiency in Python or C++.
• Strong background in GenAI solution architecture and performance tuning.
• Proven track record of building custom AI tools for real-world applications.

Nice to have

• Experience with RAG pipelines and vector databases like FAISS or Chroma.
• Expertise in local LLMs such as Llama or Mistral.
• Experience with frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, or LlamaIndex.
• Knowledge of xPU accelerator optimization.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering or UX design for human-AI interaction.
