What you will do

• Edit engaging video materials for social media, paid advertising, and website platforms.
• Develop and optimize video formats tailored for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Collaborate with marketing and performance teams to create conversion-focused video assets.
• Analyze performance insights and engagement metrics to iterate on video content.
• Maintain visual consistency and brand standards across all video outputs.
• Organize and manage raw footage, project files, and video assets efficiently.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of video production and editing workflows.
• Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro.
• Understanding of social media content formats and platform-specific optimization.
• Availability to work full-time from our office in Belgrade.

Nice to have

• Experience producing direct-response video ads for paid media campaigns.
• Skills in motion graphics and animation.
• Familiarity with performance metrics and A/B testing methodologies.
