• Hire, train, and grow a team of Solutions Architects.

• Maintain a hiring pipeline and establish relationships across the business.
• Keep the team ahead of the technical curve by continuously learning and providing comprehensive solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience building and leading technical pre- or post-sales teams.
• 10+ years of experience in the data space with a technical product (data warehousing, big data, machine learning, or generative AI).
• Trusted advisor to technical executives, guiding strategic data infrastructure decisions.
• Lead a team through best practices for technical qualification, validations, architecture discussions, and product demonstrations.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
• Must be technical enough to earn the trust of Engineering talent and leadership at hirify.global.
