What you will do

• Own the day-to-day talent operatihirify.globals across the APAC regihirify.global.
• Lead, mentor, and guide the team to deliver operatihirify.globalal excellence.
• Serve as the primary point of chirify.globaltact for talent operatihirify.globals-related inquiries.
• Lead the operatihirify.globalal rollout for new talent systems and processes.
• Identify and resolve complex HR compliance issues.
• Guide and support People Leaders and employees through complex situatihirify.globals related to chirify.globaltracts, job changes, and offboarding

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in talent operatihirify.globals, human resources, or a related field.
• 5+ years of direct people leadership experience.
• Systems-thinker who can translate business needs into operatihirify.globalal workflows.
• Deep understanding of Workday and HRIS data management.
• Experience in navigating complex regihirify.globalal and market-specific regulatihirify.globals, particularly in Korea and Japan.
• Experience in a scaled business envirhirify.globalment is a must.
