Salary: $230.4K – $425K + Offers Equity

What you will do

• Partner with team leadership to translate strategic priorities into roadmaps, milestones, and OKRs.
• Drive and support cross-functional programs involving investigators, subject matter experts, and legal stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve operational blockers across teams to ensure high-priority initiatives move efficiently.
• Identify and support the reporting of metrics and team outcomes to stakeholders.
• Lead complex initiatives from concept through execution, aligning stakeholders across the organization.
• Produce concise written updates, dashboards, and strategic briefings for leadership.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in program management, strategic operations, consulting, or comparable environments.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional programs involving technical, operational, and policy stakeholders.
• Thrive in high-ambiguity environments, bringing structure and clarity to evolving priorities.
• Communicate clearly and concisely with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Enjoy moving fast in highly ambiguous situations and taking leadership positions to ensure positive and safe outcomes.
