Mid Corporate Legal Counsel (Fintech): Providing cross-functional legal support to various business areas, managing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance in Peru and, eventually, supporting other Latam countries with an accent on contract review, data privacy, and information security. Location: Lima, Peru. Hybrid work model in Magdalena del Mar (2 days per week on-site, with mandatory attendance on Mondays).

What you will do
- Review commercial and service contracts in B2B environments related to IT Software, Staffing, and technology projects.
- Implement internal corporate compliance and business ethics policies.
- Manage corporate secretarial duties.
- Advise on personal data protection, privacy, and information security.
- Provide cross-functional legal advice to HR, Sales, and Operations.
- Advise on aspects of Peruvian labor law.
Requirements
- Licensed attorney with specialization in Corporate Law, Compliance, Labor Law, or Technology.
- 4 to 7 years of experience in Peruvian labor law within companies, consulting firms, outsourcing/BPO, or IT services.
- Experience managing and reviewing B2B IT service contracts in Staffing and Software Development environments.
- Experience providing internal advisory across multiple areas (Sales, HR, Finance, Operations).
- Advanced conversational English (B2 to C1) – will be evaluated during the interview.
- Knowledge of personal data protection and information security.
- Experience in Peruvian labor law.

- Experience, specializations or diplomas in Labor Law or Labor Relations.
