What you will do
- Manage and maintain subscription trackers, contract records, and related operational data.
- Support the preparation, coordination, and processing of channel partner agreements and contract amendments.
- Assist Sales and Channel teams with partner onboarding, documentation, and contract-related operational processes.
- Act as a liaison between Sales, Partners, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure smooth contract execution and compliance with internal processes.
- Monitor subscription agreements, renewals, and changes to ensure proper documentation and tracking.
- Identify process improvements related to contract handling, subscription tracking, and partner operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Economics, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in sales operations, contract administration, legal operations, or channel/partner management support.
- Experience working with contracts, agreements, or legal documentation in a business environment.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders including Sales, Legal, Finance, and external partners.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with CRM or CLM systems.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting channel partner programs or subscription-based business models.
- Familiarity with contract lifecycle management or legal coordination processes.
- Experience working with systems such as Salesforce or other CRM/contract management tools.
- Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Master’s degree or relevant certifications in business, law, or project management.
