What you will do

• Develop and execute localized growth and community strategies to expand hirify.global.com’s presence in Ghana.
• Drive user acquisition through community engagement, social media campaigns, and ecosystem partnerships.
• Build and manage relationships with key crypto communities, influencers, developers, and ecosystem partners.
• Lead community engagement initiatives across platforms including X (Twitter), Telegram, Discord, and other local channels.
• Plan and execute community events, educational programs, meetups, and industry activations.
• Monitor community feedback and market sentiment to help improve customer experience and product-market fit.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 4+ years experience in crypto, digital marketing, community management, or ecosystem growth.
• Strong understanding of the Ghanaian crypto and Web3 ecosystem.
• Proven experience growing online communities, managing social media platforms, and working with influencers or KOLs.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Ability to work a flexible full-time schedule to coordinate with global stakeholders.
