Power Integrity Engineer

What you will do

• Develop and analyze power delivery networks including 2D and 3D model extraction and noise analysis.
• Define power grid specifications balancing power integrity and performance.
• Design test structures and verification plans to address power integrity challenges.
• Perform measurements to characterize power noise profiles and verify power delivery networks.
• Collaborate with silicon integration, die floor planning, and package design teams to optimize decoupling solutions.
• Develop platform-level power shapes and decoupling solutions for customer design guides.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years experience in electrical design engineering at silicon, package, or board level.
• Must have unrestricted permanent right to work in Costa Rica.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (written and oral).
• Proficiency in electrical characterization tools and power integrity design.
• Familiarity with package fundamentals and voltage regulation principles.

Nice to have

• Experience with electrical simulation software such as Sigrity PowerSI, PowerDC, HSpice, Matlab, HFSS.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to deliver results under tight schedules and competing priorities.
• Ability to align technical solutions with business goals and customer needs.
