What you will do

• Develop and maintain internal backoffice systems, admin interfaces, and operational platforms.
• Implement automation workflows to eliminate manual processes across customer support and operations.
• Build AI-powered internal tools utilizing LLMs to improve triage and response quality.
• Architect and manage integrations between core products and third-party systems like CRM and billing.
• Create scalable services and APIs ensuring system security and observability.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and solve operational bottlenecks.

Requirements

• Proven experience in fullstack development with strong backend fundamentals.
• Proficiency with APIs, data pipelines, and cloud infrastructure such as AWS or Azure.
• Experience with containerization tools like Kubernetes.
• Practical experience in building production-grade AI or LLM-based workflows.
• Proactive mindset for solving complex system design challenges in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work 5 days per week in the Stockholm office.
