What you will do

• Oversee project delivery by managing schedules, quality standards, and creative expectations.
• Build high-level project plans and manage headcount, resources, and budget allocations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal project leadership.
• Provide critical feedback to production members and evaluate outcomes at project close.
• Mentor and supervise junior/associate producers while streamlining interdepartmental workflows.
• Propose workflow improvements to maintain high-quality delivery standards.

Requirements

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Several years of experience leading CG, animation, or game cinematic productions.
• Proven track record managing mid to large-scale teams.
• Deep understanding of full production pipelines and interdepartmental workflows.
• Strong budget management experience.
• Excellent leadership skills with a solution-focused approach to delegation and performance management.

Nice to have

• Experience with real-time or game engine pipelines.
• Previous work on projects using Unreal Engine.
• Hungarian language skills.
