Location: Must be based in the European Union and possess a valid work permit.

Compensation: 12,000–16,500 PLN gross (15,000–19,000 PLN net + VAT for B2B).

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
• Implement best practices for clean, reusable, and maintainable codebase.
• Optimize mobile application performance for a wide range of devices and screen sizes.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend teams to define requirements.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and ensure seamless data flow within mobile applications.
• Implement necessary third-party libraries, tools, and SDKs.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in mobile app development, including at least 2 years specifically with Flutter.
• Must be based in the European Union with a valid work permit.
• English proficiency at B2+ level or higher.
• Solid understanding of mobile design patterns (BLoC, Provider, Riverpod, MVVM).
• Experience with state management, asynchronous programming, and mobile app architecture.
• Proficiency in working with RESTful APIs and JSON.

Nice to have

• Experience integrating with Firebase, GraphQL, or cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Knowledge of native Android (Kotlin) or iOS (Swift) development.
• Experience in performance tuning, mobile security, and app store publishing.
