Human Resources Data Analyst

What you will do

• Learn and manage existing people data systems including current ERP and Power BI setups.
• Ensure data integrity and readiness to support the transition to the Workday platform.
• Build interim reports and dashboards to maintain visibility for leadership during HR transformation.
• Compare native Workday reports against legacy dashboards to identify data gaps.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate data processing, trend identification, and insight generation.
• Translate complex data models into simple, clear narratives for HR and business leaders.

Requirements

• Must be based in Ukraine (Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Ternopil, or Kyiv).
• Proven experience in HR analytics, People Analytics, or professional Data Analytics.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI (or similar BI tools).
• Practical experience in cleansing, structuring, and validating large, diverse datasets.
• Strong storytelling skills with the ability to communicate data insights to senior stakeholders.
• Understanding of HR metrics, benchmarks, and data modeling practices.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Workday or other major HRIS platforms.
• Prior experience using AI tools for automated data analysis.
