What you will do

• Implement updates and changes in existing JIRA projects based on business requirements.
• Create and maintain new JIRA and Confluence projects including workflows, fields, and permission schemes.
• Provide daily support and troubleshooting for JIRA and Confluence users.
• Manage user access and security permissions in accordance with internal protocols.
• Develop and support custom dashboards and advanced filters for reporting.
• Extend platform functionality by managing and integrating third-party add-ons.

Requirements

• Experience with Jira and Confluence administration.
• Understanding of Jira Query Language (JQL).
• Experience working with REST API.
• English: Fluent communication skills required.
