What you will do

• Define and execute the EMEA partner enablement strategy in alignment with global ecosystem goals.
• Design and deliver scalable programs including Sales Academies and Technical Academies for partners.
• Own the regional enablement roadmap through digital learning journeys and large-scale events.
• Drive ecosystem growth by tracking certifications, badges, and partner skill development using data.
• Partner closely with regional sales, marketing, and leadership to address field requirements.
• Ensure EMEA initiatives are effectively tailored to regional market dynamics and partner maturity.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in designing and scaling enablement programs within enterprise technology or data ecosystems.
• Demonstrated experience working with system integrators or consulting partners.
• Solid understanding of modern Data and AI architectures, including data engineering and generative AI.
• Strong program management skills for running complex, cross-functional initiatives at a regional scale.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills to influence across global teams.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to measure learning outcomes using metrics and KPIs.
