Что делать
- Lead infrastructure, DevOps, DBA, network engineers, and L1–L3 technical support teams.
- Develop operation and support processes based on ITIL/ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Defect Management).
- Ensure fault tolerance and high availability of critical systems (SLA ≥ 99.95%).
- Design and develop a hybrid infrastructure (on-prem + cloud).
- Develop DevOps/SecOps practices, implement IaC and CI/CD; manage K8s infrastructure.
- Implement a GitOps approach through Argo CD (or similar): automate deployments, control versioning and rollbacks, and manage the application lifecycle.
Требования
- 7+ years of experience in infrastructure and operation, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Experience managing teams of 20+ people (DevOps, System Admin, Support, DBA, Network, App Support).
- Practical experience in building and maintaining high-load, fault-tolerant systems.
- Experience implementing DevOps/SecOps/GitOps, CI/CD, DRP.
- Knowledge of ITIL/ITSM and tools (SimpleOne, Naumen, Jira SM).
- Experience with budgeting and vendor interaction.
