What you will do

• Provide key technical support for digital IC design products during demonstrations and sales presentations.
• Execute full APR flow including floorplanning, placement, clock tree synthesis (CTS), and signoff timing closure.
• Support strategic customer engagements to drive business growth.
• Lead complex design tape-out projects with a focus on advanced node requirements.
• Mentor team members and manage routine technical assignments with high autonomy.

Requirements

• Master’s degree with 10+ years or Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of experience in IC design.
• Deep understanding of full APR flow including timing, congestion analysis, and low-power methodology.
• Hands-on experience with advanced node design tape-outs.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese for effective technical communication.
• Familiarity with shell, Perl, and Tcl scripting languages.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global Innovus implementation software.
• Expertise in Static Timing Analysis (STA) including Signal Integrity (SI) analysis.
