What you will do
- Develop and maintain proprietary white-label website frameworks using React and Astro.
- Define and enforce high-level coding standards and best practices across the engineering team.
- Perform comprehensive code reviews to ensure technical quality and mentor junior developers.
- Measure and optimize application performance, focusing on scalability and stability.
- Manage complex incidents and ensure operational efficiency in line with defined SLAs.
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to deliver projects from concept to production.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Proven experience building high-performance interfaces with frameworks like React, Angular, Vue, or Stencil.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD workflows, REST web services, and OOP principles.
- English proficiency required for communication and documentation.
- Ability to work effectively in a Kanban environment with evolving priorities.
